White Surf Waterfall trail is open by October 10; Whisper Wave gets its Forest Department clearance between October 22 and 28. The 5 Hut Bay guesthouses are mostly back open by October 25. The Onge Tribal Reserve permit office processes applications normally. The last 5 days of October work; the first 3 weeks do not.
