Rishikesh in April runs hot (34–38°C by afternoon). The Ganges is still swift from snowmelt — white-water rafting is operational but flows are higher than October–November. Central Rishikesh (Laxman Jhula–Ram Jhula corridor) is walkable and dense; properties 25–30km out on Devprayag Road are a different trip entirely. Oberoi has two properties in early 2026 construction — neither will be open by April 2026. No Four Seasons or Radisson luxury-tier in market.
