The Girijatmaj murti inside Buddhist Cave 7 sits in cool stone interior holding 32-34C through the day — the cave structure provides good insulation but the climb up is the limiting factor. Pilgrim arrivals thin sharply through month; lodging rates at Junnar drop to ₹400-1,000. The committed pilgrim flow shifts to dawn-only — climb starts 5am, summit by 6am, descend by 8am before the basalt heats. Combine with Ozar 10km only as a paired pre-9am morning.
