Rainfall drops to 50-80mm as evening showers, the Andaman Trunk Road convoy through the Jarawa Reserve runs all three slots reliably, and the 170km drive from Port Blair is back to 7-8 hours. Air 23-30C, humidity 75 percent. Amkunj Beach mangrove boardwalk is dry-foot through the month. Cuthbert Bay olive ridley turtle nesting picks up, with Forest Department patrols at 7-9pm guiding small groups under no-flash rules. Dhani Nallah waterfall is at the post-monsoon flow peak. Hotels at Rangat town run 1,000-1,500 rupees per night - around 25 percent below December peak. BSNL signal patchy. No working ATM; carry 8,000-10,000 rupees.
