The first three weeks of December (December 1-21) are the better-value window — peak weather, peak shack capacity, rates 30-40 percent below Christmas-NYE numbers: The Leela ₹16-23k, Niraamaya ₹17-25k, mid-tier ₹3.5-5.5k. Trivandrum International (TRV) 16km via NH-66 — book transfers 5 days ahead through Christmas week.
