Bomra's closed May 25 to mid-August. Republic of Noodles holds; Pousada by The Beach drops to lunch-only. Taj Exotica stays open year-round at ₹12-18k from a peak of ₹40k+; Candolim Beach Resort at ₹5-6k. Fort Aguada walks remain technically open but the rampart loop floods on heaviest-rain days. Mumbai-Pune cheap-monsoon-weekend traffic keeps Friday-Sunday occupancy at 50-60 percent but the trip the strip sells is closed. Next clean window is mid-October.
