Beypore Port Office accepts written advance requests for boatyard access (free, 10am-4pm; arrive at the port office 24 hours ahead with passport copy). Beypore Lighthouse (1969, ₹25 entry, 4-5:30pm) is the cleanest evening anchor. The 1.5km beach below is quiet — Calicut International (CCJ) 30km handles flights, Kozhikode railway 10km handles trains.
