The Walk South

Old Famous Jalebi Wala at Dariba Kalan (since 1884): Jalebis in desi ghee, served hot. Rs 40. Best before 10 AM.

Connaught Place

Practical Intelligence

Best months: October-February. Duration: 4-6 hours. Budget: Rs 500-800 for the entire walk. Hygiene: Extreme cooking temperatures kill bacteria. Longest queues = fastest turnover = freshest food.
