Visitor numbers are 50-60 percent of December peak; guide rates at the Basilica steps drop to ₹250 for 45 minutes. Vivanta Panaji at ₹7-10k, Pousada Tauma at ₹2.5-4.5k, Ahilya by the Sea at ₹8-12k sit 25-30 percent below January peak. The Archaeological Museum (10am-5pm, closed Friday) reopens its full collection. Diwali week (variable date) brings a 5-day domestic-tourist bump.
