सिग्नेचरmutton seekh kebab + baida roti
Eat standing on Tulloch Road at the original cart, not the sit-down Bademiya Restaurant nearby — the cart version is the famous one. Cash works fastest at peak hours; the queue is faster on the Apollo Bunder side than the Taj side.
सिग्नेचरchicken stroganoff + chilled beer
Ground floor is the original cafe scene; first-floor bar is quieter and bookable for groups. Card machines are slow at peak — bring some cash. Skip the Mughlai section; stick to Continental and Chinese.
सिग्नेचरchicken sizzler + cold beer
The jukebox still works — bring a ₹10 coin. Smaller and louder than Leopold, so groups of 4+ should arrive before 7pm for a window table facing the Miranda mural. Cards + UPI.
सिग्नेचरfish thali + sol kadhi
Order the fish thali before 1:30pm — restocking from Mumbai is not possible, so popular items run out. The restaurant is on the ridge above the cave entrance, a 5-minute climb past the souvenir lane; toy-train passengers get off at the second halt. Cards + UPI.
