The Blackbuck Lodge and Blackbuck Safari Lodge rebuild operations through the month; full safari resumption for the October 15-16 reopen. The lesser florican breeding population has dispersed by late September. Slow travellers using Bhavnagar as the Saurashtra-circuit base (55km) get atmospheric monsoon-tail east-Saurashtra stays at off-season rates. Palitana's Chaturmas Jain pilgrimage closure ends mid-September — the 50km Bhavnagar-Palitana corridor reopens. By late September, the entire east-Saurashtra wildlife-and-heritage corridor builds toward October reopening.
