Drive 60 km to Mahabaleshwar 1,353m for Krishna source temple area and dramatic monsoon-fog viewpoints (Wilson Point, Sunset Point). Drive 23 km W to Pratapgad Fort (Shivaji 1659 Afzal Khan site) — monsoon-fog climb dramatic but slippery. Skip Vasota Fort (sanctuary closed). Climb Ajinkyatara only on dry-day cluster.
