Goa Liberation Day (December 19, public holiday) is mostly a Panaji event, minimal Sinquerim impact. Carol services at the Holy Cross Chapel inside the Taj Fort Aguada heritage block December 24. Christmas dawn Mass at the chapel 6:30am. December 8-21 is the cleanest window — peak weather without Christmas surge.
