Agra Weekend.
The classic Taj trip. Delhi to Agra and back with a Fatehpur Sikri stop. You've seen the photos a thousand times — it's better in person. Three days is plenty; don't overthink it.

Highlights
Logistics
Gatimaan Express (Delhi-Agra, 1h40m) or drive (3-4hrs on Yamuna Expressway). Book Taj tickets online in advance — queues are brutal. Taj is closed on Fridays.
Day by Day
Morning Gatimaan Express or drive. Check in. Afternoon: Taj Mahal (less crowded than sunrise slot). Evening: Mehtab Bagh for Taj sunset view across the river. Rooftop dinner with Taj view.
Early morning: Taj sunrise if you didn't do it yesterday (worth the 5AM wake-up). Then Agra Fort (allow 2hrs). After lunch drive to Fatehpur Sikri — Akbar's abandoned capital. Buland Darwaza is jaw-dropping. Return to Agra by evening.
Morning free: Itmad-ud-Daulah (Baby Taj) if you want more Mughal architecture, or sleep in. Train/drive back to Delhi by afternoon.
