Shirui Peak Trek

A gentle trek to Shirui Peak (2835m) in Manipur's Ukhrul district, home to the endemic Shirui Lily (Lilium mackliniae) — a flower found nowhere else on earth that blooms in May-June. The trail passes through meadows and pine forests with panoramic views of the Manipur hills. The Shirui Lily Festival in May draws visitors from across the Northeast.
