Wood-fired pizzas are seasonal (May–July). Off-season, order the grilled trout with the homemade wildflower honey on the side — sounds odd, works.

Order siddu 30 minutes before you want it — they steam it to order. Kullu Dham (the seven-course no-onion-no-garlic festival meal) needs a full day's notice and minimum four people.

Order the siddu — a Himachali steamed bread stuffed with apricot and walnut, almost extinct outside Kullu. The DIY pizza session is more for kids than adults; don't book it if you just want to eat.
