March brings spring to Palampur. Temperatures: 8-20°C. The tea gardens awaken—first flush tea production begins, and the bushes turn tender green. Wildflowers carpet the Kangra Valley floor. The Dhauladhar, still snow-covered above 3500m, provides a white backdrop to the green valley. Paragliding at Bir Billing starts.
