March warms Khajuraho to 18-34°C. The Dance Festival may extend into early March (dates vary). Mornings are still comfortable for temple exploration. The sculptures — 10% erotic, 90% depicting daily life, mythology, and celestial beings — reward slow study. Afternoons start getting warm. This is the last comfortable month for unhurried outdoor temple visits before summer heat.

Walk-in fine for off-season but tour groups dominate Nov-Feb evenings.
