Kerala is the global capital of Ayurveda. These destinations offer authentic treatments — not tourist spa packages.

Why this collection exists

Kerala has more verified Ayurvedic centres than the rest of India combined. The list strips out tourist-spa rebrands — every entry has a registered vaidya on staff and runs the full panchakarma protocol.

How the stops connect

Most centres ask for 7–14 day stays for genuine treatment outcomes; weekend visits are ineffective and usually decline. Plan around June–November when the body responds best to oil therapies (per traditional Ayurveda calendar).
