Signaturemutton seekh kebab + baida roti
Eat standing on Tulloch Road at the original cart, not the sit-down Bademiya Restaurant nearby — the cart version is the famous one. Cash works fastest at peak hours; the queue is faster on the Apollo Bunder side than the Taj side.
Signaturechicken stroganoff + chilled beer
Ground floor is the original cafe scene; first-floor bar is quieter and bookable for groups. Card machines are slow at peak — bring some cash. Skip the Mughlai section; stick to Continental and Chinese.
Signaturemasala dosa + pav bhaji
Counter-order then sit — staff bring food to the table when number is called. Skip lunch hour 1-2.30pm when SoBo office workers fill every chair; post-ferry 6-8pm window is calm. Cash + UPI.
Signaturechicken sizzler + cold beer
The jukebox still works — bring a ₹10 coin. Smaller and louder than Leopold, so groups of 4+ should arrive before 7pm for a window table facing the Miranda mural. Cards + UPI.
