Water sports suspended for the season. Stone House on weekend-only (Friday-Saturday) operation. Bomra's closed May 25 to mid-August. Republic of Noodles holds. Taj Exotica stays open year-round but on light-staff. Hotel rates at year-low: Taj Exotica at ₹12-15k; Candolim Beach Resort at ₹5-6k. Fort Aguada rampart loop technically open but flood-prone. Mumbai-Pune cheap-monsoon-weekend traffic keeps Friday-Sunday occupancy at 50-60 percent but the beach trip is closed. Wait for mid-October.
