Amanbagh translates as 'peaceful garden' and occupies a compound where the Maharajah of Alwar once pitched mobile tiger hunting camps. The 40-suite resort is designed as a contemporary interpretation of India's golden-age palaces, with courtyards, reflection pools, and verdant gardens set against the stark Aravalli Hills. Suite options include 203-square-metre Pool Pavilions with private pools, 163-square-metre Terrace Haveli Suites, 125-square-metre Garden Haveli Suites, and Courtyard Haveli Suites. All feature king-size beds, private terraces, vaulted ceilings, and Udaipur green marble bathtubs. Many suites include private plunge pools and intimate courtyards. The resort sits in the Shekhavati region of Alwar, about 90 minutes from Jaipur's Pink City.
