Open 7:30am-7:30pm, cash only. Buy the morning batch of laddu — ask 'subah ka maal' — the afternoon stock has lost the ghee aroma by then. Kachori-jalebi combo runs only 7:30-10am; after that the kitchen switches fully to sweets. The shop has zero seating; this is a takeaway counter, not a restaurant.

Two sittings only: lunch 12:50-4pm and dinner 7-10:30pm. Outside those windows the kitchen is shut — drop-in at 4:30pm and you'll find a locked door. Thali is paid first, then unlimited — eat slowly, the waiters circle every 5 minutes. Parking is in the Fortune Plaza basement.

Open 7:30am-8pm but the kachoris come out fresh-fried only morning 7-11. Wait for a fresh lot rather than buying off the pile — the cold ones are noticeably tougher. Cash only. Stand-and-eat from paper plates is the format. Pair with Bahadura laddu next door for the full Naya Bazaar breakfast walk.
