Stay scene: SeaShell Neil (only luxury on-island), Pearl Park Beach Resort, Summer Sand Beach Resort. Ferry from Havelock (1 hr) or Port Blair (2 hr). Most visitors day-trip from Havelock; 1-2 night overnights for the slower-pace experience.
SeaShell Neil is Neil Island's only 'luxury' resort — no real upgrade comparison on-island. Pearl Park Beach Resort is the mid-range alternative. Havelock (1 hour ferry) is where the Taj Exotica luxury sits. For Neil's quieter-beach character, SeaShell is the default; for proper luxury, do Neil as day-trip from Havelock.
