Bhalukpong is the Assam-Arunachal border entry — stay scene is basic jungle-lodge options (Prashanti Tourist Lodge, Forest Dept guesthouses). Most travelers pass through en route to Dirang-Tawang. 1 night is enough for Pakke Tiger Reserve birding access.
