Palolem's beach shacks tear down 1 May for monsoon and rebuild Oct/Nov — Cafe Inn is one of the few permanent kitchens that stays open year-round, including the wet season. Free Wi-Fi, board games, slow mornings; come for breakfast, stay till lunch.

Reserve by 8pm or wait 30 min — only 14 tables. Margherita is the most-ordered; tiramisu is house-made daily, 4-5 portions only. Cash preferred; card sometimes works. Closed Mondays.
